1. LearnacusÕ collection, use, retention and disclosure of information comply with the provisions of the legislation in the British Columbia. Your information and the business you do with Learnacus is kept in strict confidence and used only in the manner as set out in this policy, or as otherwise expressly agreed by you. Either before or when Learnacus collects information about you, we will explain exactly how we intend to use it. We will limit the information we collect to the purposes that we need it and we will use it only for those purposes. We will obtain your consent if we wish to use your information for any other purpose.
